all same day cancellations will result in being charged 100% of the service booked, if not contacted. please contact me if something comes up, because i understand life happens! cancellations made 24 hours prior to your apppointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service booked. ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked, time is money and i cannot fill a spot after a client has no showed. you have a 15 minute grace period after your appointment time, if it is passed the grace period you will be considered a no-show and will have to pay your service booked before rebooking.
